1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Portfolio Position Tracker application (the "Service") operated by d14lab ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service helps you track trading positions, risk, trailing stops, and performance metrics. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans

The Service is offered in multiple plans. Plan names, features, and position limits are described on our pricing page. Current plans include Free, Advanced, Unlimited.

• Free: up to 100 positions at no charge.
• Advanced and Unlimited: paid plans with higher or unlimited capacity. Payment and billing will be introduced in a future release; until then, paid plans may be unavailable or offered by invitation.

We may change plan limits, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after a plan change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for your plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with other users, scrape or reverse engineer the application except as permitted by law, or use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the trading data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for maintaining your own backups where required.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THE ACCURACY OF MARKET DATA OR CALCULATIONS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, D14LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
